Dondi Arreda is one of the leading Italian companies in the furniture sector, with a network of showrooms across the country and a selection featuring the best national and international design brands. The company is known for the quality of its products, the attention they give to their clients and the ability to offer custom solutions for every room of the house, with an unmistakable style.

In a competitive and increasingly digital market, Dondi Arreda needed an instrument able to sustain its growth, reinforce the brand and generate concrete value. To do so, it was necessary to fully rethink its online presence.

The challenge

The starting line was clear: create an integrated digital ecosystem that allowed to manage in a single place all the leads coming from every channel - website, ad campaigns, social media, events - and, at the same time, building a website able to create new business opportunities, faithfully representing Dondi's positioning and quality as a brand.

The direct contact with clients is a fundamental part of the company sales process. For this reason, the goal was not only to tell the story of the company, but also maximizing the generation of qualified leads and bringing new clients to an in store appointment, where the value of the service can be fully shown. The website had to become a commercial accelerator, not just a showroom.

The solution

We designed and developed a fully customized website, built keeping Dondi's needs in mind. the whole user experience has been designed to show immediately the quality level of the products and brands, with an extreme attention to detail for the layout, images, contents and navigation processes.

Each section of the website has been conversion oriented: from the initial inspiration, to the product detail card, everything had been designed to guide the user to get an appointment, giving them direct contact with a consultant. The site's technical performance ensures a fast and engaging browsing experience, even on mobile devices, where the majority of traffic takes place. 

At the same time we developed a custom CRM, able to centralize all the leads generated on all channels in real time. The system allows Dondi's consultants to answer rapidly, track every interaction, manage appiontments and optimize follow-up processes, increasing commercial efficiency in the team.
